To ensure a structured and effective partnership, Avid Visions LLC operates under the following service guidelines:

​

Consultation Requirement
All services begin with a scheduled consultation to assess the needs of the client, determine scope of work, and confirm alignment on project objectives before services officially begin.

​

Retainer Fee
A 20% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure services and reserve dedicated time for your engagement. The retainer will be applied toward the total cost of services.

Scheduled Touchpoints
Each engagement includes scheduled touchpoints on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the scope of services selected. These touchpoints are designed to review progress, maintain alignment, and address any emerging needs.

Missed Meeting Policy
If a scheduled touchpoint is missed without prior notice, a $100 missed meeting fee will apply before the next session can be scheduled. Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Avid Visions LLC.

Progress Reporting
Clients will receive periodic progress summaries outlining work performed, milestones achieved, and recommended next steps to ensure transparency and continued alignment throughout the engagement.

Refund Policy
Due to the time and resources dedicated to each client engagement, refunds are not guaranteed. However, refund requests may be submitted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Avid Visions LLC.

Referral Appreciation
At Avid Visions, we value trusted relationships. Clients who refer a signed client engagement will receive a custom Avid Visions Care Package as a token of appreciation. Care packages are delivered within 30 days of the new client’s confirmed business engagement.

Liability, Confidentiality, and Legal Rights

Avid Visions LLC provides strategic guidance, consulting services, and development resources intended to support personal and professional growth. While our services are designed to deliver meaningful insight and structured support, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for the implementation of recommendations and decisions made within their organizations.

All information shared with Avid Visions LLC during consultations, engagements, or coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and handled with the highest level of professional discretion, unless disclosure is required by law.

All materials, frameworks, resources, and content developed by Avid Visions LLC are considered intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

These terms and any services provided by Avid Visions LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes arising from services rendered will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts within the State of Illinois.
